Joseph Varacalli, President
When Joseph Varacalli joined SenSource in 2002, he brought with him 15 years prior experience in sensor manufacturing. In fact, at his former company, Joe was promoted from a project engineer to executive vice president within five years. In his new role, Joe achieved a global presence for the company and grew business revenues more than 1000%.
Now with SenSource under his direction, Joe is committed to positioning the company as the industry expert for products, service, quality and integrity. According to his philosophy, business does not exist just to make money. It exists to make people. The money is simply the "icing on the cake." Joe has been happily married for 27 years. A proud father of three, he also is a church deacon, treasurer and adult youth leader. Joe supports the Make-a-Wish Foundation, Junior League, American Cancer Society, and Teen Challenge and is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He holds a B.S. in electrical engineering degree with honors.
Kevin Stefko, Vice-President
Prior to SenSource, Kevin Stefko held a district sales manager position for 11 years. He oversaw OEM and distributor product sales for more than 10 states. Under Kevin's direction, the territory enjoyed double-digit growth for all 11 years. He also was first to set up exclusive distributor agreements with principles in each territory.
At SenSource, Kevin oversees accounting, purchasing and sales to ensure long- and short-term goals are set and exceeded. He believes in pulling in talented people that fit the goals of SenSource as a whole and giving them the autonomy needed to get the job done. Kevin has enjoyed witnessing these people rise to new levels of success and implementing new processes and procedures. Kevin is happily married and recently welcomed a baby girl, Sonya, to his family. He is president of The West Side Merchants Civic Association and a member of Alpha Phi Delta Alumni Association. Kevin holds a B.S. in business administration.
